POSITION SUMMARY: This position manages day-to-day operational support for CRG, independently handling administrative, financial- and human resource-related matters on behalf of the organization. This position ensures that the organization addresses legal compliance issues, properly handles organizational assets, and oversees organizational policies and internal procedures. They supervise activities related to bookkeeping, invoicing, data entry and activities tracking. The person filling this position is a team member that works collaboratively to address community needs and carry out the CRG mission.
This is a salary exempt position, averaging 32 hours/week, with flexible scheduling (occasional evening or weekend events or meetings required). The person in this position must be able and willing to do work remotely; Western Massachusetts meetings sometimes required (travel costs beyond local mileage not reimbursed).
